It's weird...I actually LIKE Spander, but I think I was following up something I've seen in a lot of fics where the inconvient sig. other just gets tossed aside.

In terms of comparing, yeah. It seems like the cheater always manages to make comparisons, no matter how unfair, and the one he's cheating with always comes out favorably...*sigh*
