This week's challenge at slashthedrabble is 'Rough'.

Rough justice? Rough it? Rough house? Rough diamond? Uneven, shaggy, violent, insensitive, approximate, etc etc. There are a lot of ways of interpreting this challenge, so start thinking!

Drabbles of 100 words and ficlets of 200, 300, 400 and 500 words exactly are acceptable, and please use cut tags. Have fun!
