Challenge #175 at slashthedrabble is Points of the Compass.

You can use East, South, North, West, South West, ENE, etc etc, or even use the Compass itself.

Drabbles of 100 words and ficlets of 200, 300, 400 and 500 words exactly are acceptable, and please use cut tags. Have fun!
