A belated happy New Year to you all!

Thank you to everyone who poked me for a new prompt, I'm sorry it took so long. I'll try to be a better mod now 2012 is done and dusted. This first prompt of 2013 was extrapolated from a suggestion by nevcolleil.

Here's hoping 2013 is the year of the prompt prompts!

Prompt #338 is The 100 Best Books of All Time, alphabetically by author (Wikipedia) or alphabetically by title (The Guardian, also below the lj-cut).

Pick a title and let it inspire you... and let us know which one you choose. :D

Drabbles of 100 words and ficlets of 200, 300, 400 and 500 words exactly are acceptable, and please use cut tags. Have fun!

Also, as this is a multi-fandom community, please remember to add a header mentioning which fandom(s) and pairing(s) you are drabbling in. Thanks. :D

A new challenge will be posted around 10pm EST on the 16th January, 2013. (That's 3am on the 17th, London time.) PLEASE feel free to drop a reminder comment here if it looks like I've forgotten (again!).

Don't forget, each prompt stays open for an additional 24hrs after the new prompt is posted. This means that prompt #337 will remain open until this time tomorrow to allow for late responses.
