Cold Case and LA Law
Title: The First Cut
Fandom: Cold Case
Pairing: Lily/Joseph implied Lily/Kat
Timeline: Joseph
Spoilers: For the season three finale if you haven't seen it.
Rating: G *snerk*
Word count: 150
A/N: Jesus, why the hell am I slashing in Cold Case? Both are un'beta read.
There was no denying it, Lily had betrayed her. Who knew betrayal would hurt more the second time around? Kat certainly did not.
But Lily hadn’t just betrayed Kat, Lily had betrayed the whole team. Kat had tried to make sense of it all and of Lily’s relationship-because that’s what it was, there was no point in deluding herself any further-with Joseph, but she couldn’t.
Just what was the attraction with him? What did he have that she didn’t?
Was Lily even gay for that matter? She had to be. What other explanation could there be for the subtle glances and smiles? Or did she just imagine it? Did her craving for physical contact-for Lily, cloud her judgment?
Scotty glanced in her direction concerned Kat raised her beer bottle before bringing it toward her lips, gladly greeting the cold and refreshing taste.
Maybe Lily was never hers to begin with.
Title: Crossroads
Fandom: LA Law *giggles*
Pairing: CJ/Abbey…Well, they were canon for a short while.
Rating: G
Word count: 131
A/N: Gotta love reruns. And oh my Jesus, how cute are Abbey and CJ? Of course Ms. Greene is still hot.
Abbey stared at the scotch, failing to make sense of her actions. What on Earth possessed her to kiss CJ? She wasn’t attracted to CJ, nor, she was gay. That much she knew…or thought she knew.
Sure, CJ made her laugh and made her take notice as she entered a room, but she had that effect on everyone.
Why the unexpected urge of wanting to walk across the room to kiss CJ and lay claim to her? Why was she envying that breath-taking black dress? Why did she take mental note of her undressing CJ?
But most importantly: why the sudden and unexpected pang of jealously when CJ’s date showed up in her office?
Gay or not, she was attracted to CJ. It was the only explanation to her erratic behavior.
