Illya cursed as he read the file folder. What lunatic had planned this? It was hare-brained, it was suicidal and it relied on a lot of luck.

Well, that answered that question. He turned and glared at his partner. “Chyort! Do you really think this will succeed?”

Grinning, Napoleon looked up. “Why not?”

“Because it’s…” Illya couldn’t think of a word in any of the languages he spoke. He settled for “It’s illogical!”

Napoelon stood up, putting his arms around Illya.  He kissed Illya’s forehead. “Then isn’t it lucky that I have a partner who is a master of logic?”
