"CLEANING CREW COMING IN!" Joey groans and tucks his groggy head underneath his pillow. He should have locked the door, but now it's too late. He can hear the bustle of brooms, pans, buckets, and other cleaning tools as the crew enters his suddenly small bedroom. He shouldn't've been up so late, he knows, but his gig had gone better than expected. He had been called back on stage not once but twice, and now, he was paying the price.

He should be mad at them, he thinks. They shouldn't just barge into his room without his permission, and they should be happy that he was working so late last night. After all, if he makes it big, they'll all benefit from it. He pulls the pillow down more tightly over his ears as the vacuum cleaner roars to life. He should chase them out. He desperately needs more sleep before his next gig tonight.

Besides, it's Saturday morning. Who but the Tanners clean house this early on a Saturday morning? Those poor girls, he thinks. They don't stand a chance of having a normal life with Danny as their father!

They do all try to escape Danny's weekend chores but rarely succeed. Only Jesse usually escapes on Saturday morning, and that's because he's up and away on his bike even before Danny rises. Still, he has chores waiting for him when he gets home at night.

Joey groans as the vacuum knocks the bed. He knows Danny's doing it on purpose. He's already tried all his usual tricks to wake him up, but it's not working. He's not getting out of this bed for any reason until he's had enough sleep to make his crowd laugh tonight!

The vacuum quiets, and the duster begins. He can hear it rapidly firing away dust on the walls and ceiling, and then it sweeps lower. He tries to ignore the feathers tickling the back of his neck. He bites his lip to keep from laughing and crawls further underneath his pillow.

But the dusting doesn't stop. When tickling his neck doesn't work, his tormentor moves next to his shoulders. The feathers sweep lightly over his thinly clad shoulders, down his back, and over his bum. It's on the fourth pat on his butt that Joey finally throws his pillow off, rolls over, and glowers at Danny.

Words stick his throat for there his lover stands with his usual gloves, apron, goggles, and feather duster -- but nothing else. Joey frowns in confusion, his head still too cloudy for him to be able to think clearly. "Girls?" he manages to ask at last.

Danny pats the duster down the front of Joey's chest as he answers, "Gone to lunch with their Uncle Jesse. They'll bring us some pizza back."

The duster sweeps down Joey's chest to the rising bulge in his cartoon, pajama pants. It tags him a second before Joey reaches out and pulls Danny, apron, goggles, and all, into bed with him.

The End
