Title: Effective

Character(s): Jack/Daniel
Rating: For mature audiences only, please. Some naughty language.

Notes: Still reading too much SG:SG-1 lately. Daniel knows just which buttons to be pushing...
Love, Daniel thinks, is all a matter of knowing which buttons to push and pushing them in just the right order. Seducing Jack is a more interesting puzzle than the Stargate ever was. Daniel has discovered that Jack pays a little more attention during briefings when he pitches his voice just right and adds a sultry husk. Jack looks longer in the showers if Daniel takes the time to soap up every aching muscle. If Daniel bites his lip and half-closes his eyes when Jack's gaze sweeps upwards, Jack's breathing will hitch, and he'll stumble over his words. If, after a long night of pizza, hockey, and beer, Daniel stretches languidly and toes off his shoes while protesting that he's simply too sleepy to drive, Jack's eyes will fill with a sharply hidden dark need. If he happens to yawn and stretch as Jack shows him to the guest room, slowing down so that they brush heavily against each other, Jack will press against him just long enough for Daniel to feel his erection. If he ignores the soft instructions about where Jack keeps the extra linens, walks to Jack's bedroom, and sheds his clothing like so much dead weight, Jack will stand lost in his own doorway and make an incoherent noise before asking Daniel what the hell he thinks he's doing. Daniel will honestly say that the only thing he hopes to be doing is Jack. And Daniel will crawl into Jack's bed. Jack will join him.

And of course I really like when Daniel's the seducer. His glasses and boyish bangs never fooled me...
