“The barcalounger was perfectly serviceable until you started using it Spike!”

“Yeah, well it’s knackered now. You need to fix it.”

“Spike I’m pizza delivery personnel not a carpenter.”

Well, you fixed the door the other week when I crashed through it drunk, come on get to it, I need m’beauty sleep.”

“S’no good Spike, I think you’ve done for it this time.”

“Well, where’m I gonna sleep then……?”

…..

“ …. S’only until we can get a new chair…..”

“Sure it is pet, let’s snuggle eh, it’s more cosy like that….”
