This week's challenge was great. I can go back and do drabbles for all the challenges I missed! I doubt I'll get that many in, though. This is the beginning of them. It might be all, but I sure hope not. I delved into some pairings that I don't usually write, but love anyway. Enjoy!

Challenge: 047 Truth and/or Lies
Title: Blinded
Fandom: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, S7 Post-Conversations With Dead People
Summary: Andrew contemplates Jonathon’s murder.
Rating: PG
Pairing: Warren/Andrew
There were plenty of noble reasons to kill best friends: ending their lives because of terminal illnesses, sacrificing their lives for the lives of thousands of others, and saving them from becoming tools of evil. Those were all fine, acceptable reasons, but they weren’t why Andrew killed.
Andrew killed for a love that would not go away, no matter how hard he cried himself to sleep. Deep down, he knew that Warren never . . . He knew that Warren couldn’t be alive. But he was, and he said all the right things.
Andrew killed Jonathon for a beautiful lie.

Title: Secret
Fandom: Buffy/Angel, Post-series.
Summary: Andrew’s hiding something.
Rating: PG
Pairing: Andrew/? (I’m not giving it away just yet)
The music was loud. The glasses were full. The bodies couldn’t stop moving. It was the perfect club. No one cared who you were. It was a different sort of atmosphere. Andrew reveled in it.
He didn’t know how long he could keep this dream alive. The Council was bound to find out. At this moment, Andrew couldn’t have cared less.
He moved closer to the body behind him. Strong arms wrapped around him and parted lips ghosted over his neck. Andrew laughed and tilted his head back. If only Buffy knew what the Immortal did on his business trips.

I have no idea where the Andrew/Immortal came from, but I am so hung up on that pairing now. I'm in the process of writing a small little fic, but the time to write that has eluded me. As for cheating on her with Andrew. . . I see the Immortal as one big horny toad. :) Plus, Andrew's vulnerable. People seem to like to take advantage of him. :(

I couldn't resist the Andrew/Immortal. For some reason, I really love that pairing. . . (probably because it doesn't really make much sense, and yet it does.)
