Veronica Mars: Logan/Weevil drabble (100 words)

In the past, he would’ve punched the dude in the face just for looking at him. Probably would’ve beaten him to death on the spot for suggesting what he just suggested. Probably would’ve gotten a cell right next to his father’s.

The present is too unstable for him to do anything but cock a half-hesitant smile and assume he’s joking.

But in the future, when Weevil gives him that self-assured grin that’s accompanied by two fingers in the waistband of his pants and an offer to spend the night, Logan can’t think of a single reason he’ll want to decline.
