It was supposed to be about the money. Cain might be a lunatic, but he's a rich lunatic.

A simple plan: take the money and don't become involved. And if things get messy, leave.

Things became very messy very quickly, but Crehador stayed.

And now... well, he can say it's anger driving him, an urge to avenge Sheila. That's true. But there's more.

He just can't leave this smirking, arrogant, obnoxious man alone. Not when Cain's this close to shattering.

Cain walks by and Crehador follows, his footsteps echoing.

It occurs to him that he's found the road to hell.

Oh yes, Crehador is awesome. It's sad how under-appreciated he is.
