Combustion
The first time that Magneto touched Pyro, every flame within a fifty mile radius blazed.
Cigarettes plumed into fireballs and furnaces combusted. In a school laboratory the Bunsen burners scorched the ceilings. The end result was five house fires, two car wrecks, and numerous cases of scorched hair and eyebrows.
That was just when Magneto touched his shoulder, a gesture that could have been interpreted as kindly, even (grand) fatherly.
When Magneto kissed him, actually kissed him, when their lips and tongues touched and Magneto’s hand was on his chest… then the sun exploded.
At least it did for Pyro.
