“Rodney,” John said quietly trying not to attract the attention of the village elder only a few feet away, “every so often we’re all forced to do something we don’t want to do.”

“No. You’re asking too much."

“C’mon, do it for the team.”

“No.”

“For Atlantis.”

“No.”

John leaned in closer, to whisper in Rodney’s ear. “Do it for me and I promise you I will show you my appreciation when we get home.”

Sighing heavily, Rodney pulled the Cadbury Fruit and Nut bar from his pocket, handing it to John wordlessly.

That night John kept his promise. Twice.

Thanks! The only thing I could think of that would be more difficult for Rodney to sacrifice would be coffee - and I'm not sure if even the promise of amazing sex with John would be enough for him to part with his beloved java.

But then John's in it so.......*grins*
I'm developing an appreciation for the humble drabble as I've just started writing them myself.

Oh, I meant that most of the people on my flist are Man from U.N.C.L.E. fans rather than SGA fans but if it piqued your interest then woo hoo!

I love drabbles, I've just gotten out of the habit of writing them. This was fun. I'm glad you liked it.
