Spike/Xander, kinda. 100 words.
Weapons
There are things to keep in minding when living with a vampire. Sleep with a stake by the bed or, even better, under the pillow. Don’t cut yourself shaving unless you know the ropes are strong enough. These rules Giles and Xander never break
But they grow lax in other ways. At Giles’, Spike heard enough complaining about the children to give him more than enough ammunition against them.
When Spike hears Xander moan his name instead of Anya’s in the shower during his routine morning wank, he smiles. Maybe there’s a more interesting way to break up the scoobies.
Faith/Buffy, kinda. 200 words.
Eavesdropping
Buffy could hear them fighting again from her room. She knew she should give Faith and Robin some semblance of privacy, but a part of her, compelled by idle curiosity or selfish interest, made her sneak into the hall to hear the angry words they were throwing at each other.
Their words became clearer the closer she got to their room, and she finally stopped only a few steps from the door.
“I should have known I didn’t have a chance as long as she’s still around,” Robin accused Faith, and Buffy immediately wondered… as long as she’s around? Who?
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“Yes you do. You’re still in love with her. I think you always will be.”
Faith’s voice sounded as hard and cold as steel. “Leave Buffy out of this.”
Buffy didn’t hear the rest of the argument, too overwhelmed by what she had heard. She winced when the bedroom door opened, revealing Robin with an angry glare and a suitcase in his hand. She watched guiltily as he shook his head in defeat and walked down the hall, then looked back to the room to find Faith staring at her, her face unreadable.
