Takes place in late season one of Angel.

“Oh my god, I don’t want to hear this, Wes!”
“Cordelia, please, just listen to me…”
“Listening is what got me into this mess in the first place!”
“We had no idea you were going to come over, honestly, and we were just—“
“Look, I don’t want to hear it! Once is enough. Just… tell me one thing.”
“Yes?”
“Do you really love him? Not just hero-worship him, because we all know about that. I’m talking about love love.”
“… Yes. Yes, I really do.”
“Good. Now go tell him that and, for god’s sake, get a sign for his—your door.”
“You’re—you’re okay with this?”
“Yeah, I guess. I mean, he deserves some happiness, doesn’t he? Just don’t… you know, let things get too perfect.”
“… Cordelia?”
“Yeah?”
“Thank you.”
“Sure.”
“I love you.”
“I know.”

Wesley snuggled up against Angel’s chest, practically purring in contentment.
“So you talked to her, then?”
Wesley nodded. “She actually seemed alright, too. After the initial ‘ew,’ and ‘gross,’ and ‘thank you for those nightmares,’ anyway.”
Angel chuckled, and Wesley could feel it vibrate through his body. “That’s our Cordelia. Well, I guess all we have to do now is try to keep quiet.”
Wesley snorted. “As if that’s possible. Although any loud noises I make—”
“Noises? You mean grunts, moans, screams…”
“—Ehem, any loud noises I make are entirely your fault.”
Angel chuckled again and leaned forward to capture Wesley’s lips in a kiss. “You know you love it.”
Wesley’s heart sped up a little, but enough for Angel to notice, and he whispered, “I do, Angel. Love it.”
“Wesley, you don’t have to—”
“I love you.”
Angel kissed Wesley again in response, only this time with more passion. “I love you too, Wes. So much.”

I don't know how Angel does do it, but hell, it's good enough to know that he can I suppose. Although I doubt Cordelia will not agree with me at the moment... LOL!
